Our garden

We have always been fascinatie by exotic plants and special species, Growing plants from seed and nurturing them all the way to flowering gives tremendous satisfaction. In the beginning, not everything was successtuk right away, especially when delicate plants were exposed to early autumn frosts. Most (sub)tropical plants cannot withstand freezing temperatures, and some even begin to struggle below 10°C. Fortunately, having a greenhouse has helped a lot growing special varieties and keep them alive during colder periods

We aim to keep our garden as varied and lively as possible. In containers, we grow mandarin and orange bushes, coffee plants, and bananas, while also saving seeds. from our pelargoniums and fuchsias. In early spring, we sow them for the bio garden and flower borders around the house. Our greenhouse also shelters a thriving Cabernet Sauvignon grape vine that yields delicious fruit, alongside citrus trees producing fragrant crops each season.
